Refund Policy

KLA Industries will only warranty products purchased either directly from us or one of our authorized dealers. Any product purchased from any other third party or used/second hand will immediately void any and all expressed or implied warranty from KLA Industries LLC.

KLA Industries, LLC.  is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned or warranty claim items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since KLA Industries, LLC. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.

All items are subject to a minimum 15% handling / restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.

The buyer assumes all risk as to quality, performance and use of these products and agrees to hold KLA Industries LLC, and their agents and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage, including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of KLA Industries LLC products.

Should any product prove defective after purchase, KLA Industries' liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product.
